A time i provided encouragement or feedback to someone else was when a classmate with a disability was falling behind in p.e. and so what i did to encourage him was to motivate him with encouraging words. it was helpful to him because he didn't look very sad, in fact, he looked very excited to finish running even if he was last or going slow.
