Answer: 80 meters wide and 100 meters long.

Explanation:

Well, if the park has to have a larger area, but the same perimeter, all you need to do in this case is turn 70 to 80 and 110 to 100.

80 + 80 + 100 + 100 = 360 meters in perimeter

70 x 110 = 7700

80 x 100 = 8000 ← This has greater area than the park above
