For example, they limit how much a citizen can speak. Adding to that example, in court they will not let someone pass for a crime; we automatically consider them guilty so they go straight to jail. Here in America, it's different. We go to court and if you state your case and qualify as guilty; you don't go to jail. However, you must have evidence to plead your innocence. The reason we Americans have our freedom is that of the bill of rights and the constitution.
