diameter of 3 feet.
About how much water is in the container when it is 3/4 full?

\pi r^(2) h.

The radius of the cylinder is equal to 1.5 feet, since it is
(diameter)/(2).

Plugging in, the cylinder's full volume is
6\pi 1.5^2 which is approximately 42.4 cubic feet.
