Answer: The American Dream is the belief that every person should have the freedom to pursue their version of happiness. This is accomplished via sacrifice, taking chances, and hard work—not by accident.

America has been referred to as the nation of opportunity since its founding. Millions of people immigrated to the United States in search of opportunities for success, which were not readily available in their own countries. A job has a significant role in that accomplishment.

A fundamental component of the American Dream is the dedication to giving everyone an equal opportunity to express their unique skills to the utmost. This viewpoint, which has deep roots in both American history and culture, is one of the things that sets our public philosophy apart from that of Europe.
