A=90(1/3)^n
Put n=0
A=90(1/3)^0
Any no^0 is 1
A=90(1)
A=90
Answer is 90

The value of A when n = 0 is 90. This is because whenever anyway is raised to the 0th power but 0, it equals 1, and 90 *1 = 90.
