the first choice is the best deal because the first choice would be only $20 for 3 pairs but the second choice is $10 from the first pair plus the 25% off on the second pair makes $12.50 then you would have to add another $10 because you would need 3 pairs of shoes resulting in $22.50 and the first choice would be only $20 for 3 pairs which is cheaper than $22.50 for 3 pairs.
