1. Breakfast - Yogurt with granola and berries

2. Lunch - Soup and a salad

3. Dinner - Salmon with veggies and rice

4. Snacks - Fruit, nuts, and cheese

5. Drinks - Water, tea, and juice


I will spend the next 30 days learning how to cook healthy meals, making sure to eat more fruits and veggies, and reducing my intake of sugary and processed foods. I will also try to exercise more often, which will help me feel better and burn off some extra calories.
