1. A hot piece of meat is removed from an oven and its surface temperature

is given by the formula S(t) = 72 +238•0.97^t, in degrees Fahrenheit, at time t
minutes after it was removed.
(a) What was the initial surface temperature of the meat?

I am not understanding how to do this at all could someone please help me & show the work for it??
