The slope of the line is 2/3. Slope=rise/run. When the line is going up (increasing) like it is in the picture then that means, it’s a positive slope. But if the line is going down (decreasing) it’s a negative slope.

How do you find slope?

Remember y=mx+b

b=y intercept
m=slope

For future reference: Formula to find slope
y2-y1/x2-x1
(One of the ways to find slope)

The slope-intercept form for this picture is y=2/3x-1

Hope this helps have a nice day
