You are counting by 25% which is equal to 1/4 skip count until you get to your answer. 25 50. 75. 100.
1/4. 2/4. 3/4. 4/4

You can also think about quarters when you are counting by 25! Hope this helps!

Answer:

The first strip would be 25% and that is 1/4 when it is converted to a fraction. The second strip would be 50%, and that is 1/2 when it is converted to a fraction. The third strip would be 75%, and that is 3/4 when it is converted in to a fraction.

Explanation:

The whole strip is 1, which translates to 100%. You would divide the whole strip in to 4 equal parts, equaling 25% each.
