I don't know how to type the table but the description is:

Slope= -3/2

y-intercept=0

y-intercept would be the b in y = mx + b and in this equation, it looks like there is no b but there is, it is just an invisible 0 because you don't need to add or subtract 0. The slope is -3/2 because m in the equation y=mx+b means slope.
