What is the area of the circle? (Approximate using π = 3.14)

the answer is not 25.12 I know that for sure so i dont want that answer

To start, let's say the 8 feet is the radius. So, the equation would be: 3.14 * 8^2. Start with PEMDAS; exponents. 3.14 * 64. After you finish, find the amount: 3.14 * 64 = 200.96 ft^2

This is only if the 8 was r, now let's check it 8 was d.( remember to divide 8 by 2.): 3.14 * 4^2 = 3.14 * 16 = 50.24 ft^2
