Reflect on your lifestyle. How do your habits affect your health?

I avoid eating junk food. However, I find myself eating it when I’m short of time, anxious, or stressed. I also have a sweet tooth. I like chocolates and desserts, but I try to limit my intake. I have been putting on a lot of weight recently. Two of my teeth have developed cavities. I have consciously started choosing foods made from whole grains instead of refined grains. I also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Explanation: My Answer:

I over eat almost every single day which is causing me to gain alot of weight even though i had weightloss surgery. It also caused me to have high cholesterol.

Answer:

Your health expands to 6 different branches : Vocational, Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Social` and Spiritual. Your habits reflect in all of the branches, but they affect the most in emotional and physical. Getting used to practice bad habits daily may affect your emotions, how you react to certain stuff, and it also may affect your physical health, how your body responses to those habits.
