Be sure to include the following:

My fellow Americans,

Today, I come before you with a heavy heart. Our nation has recently faced a great tragedy, one that has shaken us to our core. We have been attacked without provocation, and we must rise above this, stronger and more determined than ever before.

On a recent day, our country was attacked in two distinct and cowardly ways. First, we were attacked by cyber criminals who sought to exploit our digital infrastructure and gain access to sensitive information. They sought to harm our economy and destabilize our society, all from the comfort of their keyboards. Secondly, we were attacked by those who seek to divide us, who seek to spread hatred and sow discord among our citizens. They attacked a place of worship, a symbol of hope and community, with the intent to instill fear and distrust.

These attacks were vicious, and they were unprovoked. They remind us of the challenges we face as a nation, and the need for us to be vigilant and proactive in our efforts to defend ourselves.

But we are a strong and resilient people, and we will not be deterred. We will rise to this challenge with determination and a steadfast commitment to our values. We will strengthen our cyber defenses, and we will work tirelessly to root out those who seek to harm us. We will come together as a nation, and we will stand united against hatred and bigotry.

In the face of tragedy, we must remember what makes us great as a nation. We are a people who value freedom, justice, and the pursuit of happiness. We are a people who come together in times of need, who lift each other up and support one another. And we are a people who will never be defeated by those who seek to do us harm.

My fellow Americans, we must come together in the wake of this tragedy. We must be vigilant, we must be determined, and we must be patriotic. Together, we will overcome these challenges, and we will emerge stronger than ever before.

May God bless you, and may God bless the United States of America.
