If this is meant for slope then you would use the formula m=y2-y1/x2-x1

You can use -12 to equal y2 and -21 to equal y1

You can use -3 to equal x2 and -7 to equal x1

Now your equation should be...

m=-12-(-21)/-3-(-7)

m=9/4

9 is the rise

4 is the run

the slope is 9/4

Y-intercept for would be...

m=9/4x
