No it’s not a scale copy.
For something to be a scale copy it got bigger or smaller in exact proportions to the original.
Therefor all the sides should have the same scale factor
One side on figure A is 2 while on figure B it’s 4 meaning the scale factor is 2
The other side though doesn’t match up.
There is 5 on the long side of figure A but not 10 on the long side of figure B which means they aren’t scale copy’s.
