A(0,3) \ \ and \ \ B(2,4)

(y - y_(B))/(y_(A) - y_(B)) = (x - x_(B))/(x_(A) - x_(B)) \iff (y - 4)/(3 - 4) = (x - 2)/(0 - 2)\\

(y - 4)/(-1) = (x - 2)/(- 2) \iff 2(y-4) = x-2\\

2y-8 = x-2 \iff 2y = x-2+8

2y = x + 6 \ \Big|:2 \implies y = (1)/(2)x + 3

or \ x - 2y + 6 = 0

Answer:

y=1/2x+3

Explanation:

I think y=1/2x+3 would be your equation. I hope it's right.
