Answer is equations of lines
C) -x + y = 2
D) x + y = 2

Step by step

I used slope intercept form to find each equation based on the graph

y = mx + b

m is slope or rise over run
b is where the line crosses the y axis

Line c has two points ( 0, 2) and ( -2, 0 )
Find slope (m)
y 2 - y1 over x2 - x1
0 - 2 over -2 -0
-2 over -2 or -2/-2 or slope of 1
y intercept is 2
y = x + 2
Change to standard form
-x + y = 2

Line d has two points ( 2, 0) and ( 0, 2)
Find slope (m)
y 2 - y1 over x2 - x1
2 - 0 over 0 - 2
2 over -2 or 2/-2 or slope of - 1
y intercept is 2
y = -x +2
Change to standard form
x + y = 2

I graphed these two equations to prove my solution
