How consistent were the english in enforcing their regulations in the colonies? In your opinion, did the colonists spend more time “on their own” or under close supervision of the mother country? What skills did the colonists acquire that would aid them as an independent country?

Answer:

they just chose violence. they worked together with their people to become more stronger. ofc they can be independent when they're too used to the "keep repeating scene" of violence that they did. i think they spent more time thinking how to conquer the mother country, how to make the lead of the country gave them the country, how can they get the goods of the country, and many more ig. and it is consistent maybe cause they had achieved what they want so ?
