Jesse has 177 songs on a playlist. He's categorized them in the following manner: 35 classical, 30 Latin American, 16 gospel, 9 blues, 23 rock, 19 hip hop, and 45 folk. If Jesse begins listening to his playlist on shuffle, what is the probability that the first song played is a classical song? Express your answer as a fraction in lowest terms or a decimal rounded to the nearest millionth.

Answer: 35/177 | 19.774011%

Explanation:
There's a 177 songs in total, so according to the question, there's 35 of those that are classical. If we write this as a percentage by 1st doing 35/177 (which is the fraction form/way of answering this!), we get 19.774011299, and when that's rounded up, you get 19.774011. Now, in order to make the decimal a percentage, you have to do the ol' fashioned trick of x*100, so in our case, 19.774011*100, which gives us 19.77%! Hope this helped somewhat!
