Answer: The Civil War wouldn’t of happened.
Step-by-step explanation:
The Civil War occurred since the Southern States depended on plantations and slaves, mean while the Northern States used factories and other things to have a good economy, as a result, the Southern States broke away from America, and they formed their own country, called the Confederate States of America, or the CSA for short. The Abolitionists, or people that were against slavery, were one of the first reasons the Civil War happened. The Underground Railroad was made by them, and the Southerners were afraid that they’d take their slaves. Abraham Lincoln also became president, and he was against slavery. He also said “A house divided by itself cannot stand.” Which basically meant that America can’t exist if one side is against something and the other side is not. The Southerners were also worried that Lincoln would take their slaves. The Abolitionists wouldn’t exist either.
