Generally speaking there could be many reasons but these reasons may include:

1. Upbringing and cultural conditioning: People may have grown up in an environment where they were taught certain beliefs or stereotypes about people from different cultures or races, which may have shaped their behaviors and attitudes towards them.

2. Fear of the unknown: They may be afraid of interacting with individuals who are different from them because they are unfamiliar with their customs, traditions, and beliefs.

3. Bias and prejudice: They may hold prejudiced beliefs or stereotypes about individuals from certain races or cultures, which can influence their behaviors and attitudes towards them.

4. Lack of exposure to diversity: People who have not had the opportunity to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds may have limited exposure to different cultures and may feel uncomfortable or unsure around them.

Answer:

One should never behave differently to another culture, religion, color or creed, but in situations like when a group of people consider themselves to be superior or above a normal human being, One changes(or i would) his attitude towards that group of people as to cope(in a way) with them. Examples is of course Nazi germany.
