What role does the teacher play in the IEP process?

Integrated Education Program (IEP) is an abbreviation. Some individuals may refer to it as a Customized Education Plan. An IEP is more than just a written formal instrument (or "plan"). It's a road map that sets out the program of special education instruction, supports, and assistance that children require to advance and flourish in school.

Resource. One of the most important jobs a teacher must play is that of a resource expert. Support Students are the ones who require assistance when acquiring a new ability or piece of knowledge. Mentor. A helping hand Learner.
