According to hamilton, would it be wise to require judges to be reappointed after a term in office?

Hamilton explains that "Periodical appointments...would, in some way or other, be fatal to their necessary independence." If judges are constantly replaces, many of them would probably be manipulated by officials since there would be a new need to get "reelected
