Being a 3rd degree polynomial tells you that the polynomial has 3 zeros and you've been given two of them.

One of your zeros is a complex number, 6-i, and complex zeros always come in conjugate pairs. If 6-i is a zero, then 6+i must also be a zero.

Had one zero not been a complex number, there wouldn't have been any way to answer this with the information provided.
