Answer: True

This is because of the commutative property in addition and multiplication. It means that no matter what order factors/addends are in, the product/sum will be the same. This can be seen in problems such as:

5+7 = 12

7+5 = 12

or

9x6=54

6x9=54

The commutative property is not found in subtraction or division, as can be seen in these problems:

10-6=4

6-10=(-4)

or

2÷1=2

1÷2=0.5
