Answer:

In the last place, I noticed a 1/2 inch of dust on top of a wardrobe. Being 6′3 I notice things like this. Took a picture and, as I was leaving for the day, just reported it to the front desk and showed the pic. Just to let them know their cleaners need to be a little more aware of that.

Step-by-step explanation:

Handle in-person guest complaints in five steps:

Stay calm and listen.

Identify the type of guest to whom you are speaking.

Find the real source of the complaint.

Find and offer a solution.

Follow up to confirm that the problem was resolved.

Respond to all complaints as quickly as possible.

Yes, guests have the right to complain when they are unhappy about the facilities at the lodge. As paying customers, guests have certain expectations of the facilities and services provided by the lodge. If those expectations are not met, guests have the right to express their dissatisfaction and make complaints to the lodge management.

However, it is important for guests to express their complaints in a respectful and constructive manner. It is also important for lodge management to take guest complaints seriously and take appropriate actions to address them. This could involve providing a solution to the problem, compensating the guest in some way, or making changes to the facilities or services to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
