To find the radius:

We know Area of circle = πr²=18mm²

r²= 18/π

Volume of Cone =1/3πr²h=(1/3)π×18/π×4=24mm³

Volume of Cylinder=πr²h=π×18/π×4=72mm³

Therefore Volume of Cylinder=3× Volume of Cone

Second option is correct.
