Answer: 14m/s

Explanation: Using Conservation of energy you can do E initial = E final. Substituting in the correct energies gives you PEg = KE final which is mgh = 1/2mv^2. Then you can solve for v. Which is v = sqrt((mgh)/(1/2m)). You can solve for m by using Fg which would be Fg = mg. Plug in the giving number and you'll get 49N = m(9.8). m = 5kg. Now you can plug it into the equation found. v = sqrt((49N*10m)/(1/2*5kg)) v = sqrt(490/2.5)

v = 14m/s
