volume of a rectangular prism = l x w x h

volume of a triangular prism is half of the volume of a rectangular prism or 1/2 (l x w x h)

so... input the values!

rectangular prism = 4 x 8 x 3 = 96 cu.ft

triangular prism = 4 x 8 x 5 = 160 cu.ft ( side note: since the triangular prism is directly on top of the rectangular one, the two prisms share same w and l )

together the barn's volume is 256 cu.ft or 96+160

we know 1 cu.ft is $2.5 so we multiply 256 with 2.5
