let's start with the upright looking rectangle

we know the width is 3 and the height is 5.
therefore the surface are of that one is 15 cm.

moving on to the horizontal rectangle on the right side of what we just did.

we know the length is 6.5cm and the width is 3+2 . so 6.5*5 is 32.5cm

finally we solve for that small bit on the far left. We kow the width is 2 and the length is 6.5 * 2 = 13

now add these all

15 + 32.5 + 13 = 60.5

the surface are for this is 60.5 cm
