Answer is (7, 11) x=7, y=11
Subtraction
15x + 45y = 600
- (15x + 15y = 270)
30y = 330
Divide by 30
y = 11
Sub value of y into equation 2
15x + 15(11) = 270
15x + 165 = 270
Subtract
15x + 165 - 165 = 270 - 165
15x = 105
Divide
X = 7
X=7, y = 11
