Vascular tissue, chloroplast, cuticle, flowers, seeds.

Vascular tissue and chloroplasts are the most primitive characteristics in the table, and so should be at the top of the cladogram.

Cuticle and flowers follow, and then seeds are last as they are the most advanced characteristic.
