Sir,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention notice that in Nepal garbage heaps are lying uncleaned since last one week. The garbage bin has been broken since days. The trash is decaying and causing foul smell. Germs and insects are breeding all over on the garbage which is causing illness among residence.

Therefore through your elite newspaper I would like to draw attention of the concerned authorities.
