Step-by-step explanation:

a. When I think of leadership, I picture a person confidently standing in front of a group of people, guiding them and encouraging them to reach a common goal.

b. I have been involved in student leadership programs in school and university, as well as volunteering in other organizations. In these experiences, I was able to observe different leaders and their styles of leading, how they interacted with their team, and how they were able to motivate and inspire others to reach a goal.

c. My perceptual set allowed me to take in the information I observed, process it, and analyze the different approaches to leadership. My two-track mind allowed me to focus on the positive aspects of the leaders I observed while also recognizing areas that could be improved upon. This allowed me to form an understanding of what effective leadership looks like, as well as how to lead effectively in my own life.
