we know that sec theta = cosec( 90 - theta )

sec( x - 20 ) = cosec ( x - 20 )

cosec( 90 - ( x - 20 ) = cosec ( x - 20 )

cosec ( 90 - x + 20 ) = cosec ( x - 20 )

- x + 20 = x - 20

2x = 40

x = 20

hope it helps
