how?
graph the first equation on a coordinate plane ( y=-2x+2) the y intercept would be 2 and the slope would be -2/1

graph the second equation on a coordinate plane (y=-x-2) the yintercept would be -2 and the slope would be -1/1

now after graphing those equations on the same coordinate plane you will see they will intersect and that point where they intersect is the solution to the system
