Can you think of any reason why someone might INTENTIONALLY give Mark and Leanne or Rick and Denis poor advice?

Please look at the two attachments. I've already answered them. I just need someone to help me with the question about why someone might INTENTIONALLY give Mark and Leanne or Rick and Denis poor advice. :)

Someone might intentionally give either groups bad advice in order to put more money into their own pockets. Both groups seem to not have a lot of information about money, so therefore they could be getting cheated out of money.
