I would say the answer would be E. If you think about it, it would be uneconomical for dairy farmers to locate far away from any cities. If they live near urban areas they 1) can ship the milk off to where it can be sold, and since it’s nearby that shipping cost will be much less. And 2) since milk does have a shorter shelf life (12-14 days) then say carrots having that close proximity to buyers will help them (nobody wants to buy milk to sell if by the time it gets there it only has a 5 day shelf life).
