Answer:

p = 19

Explanation:

In the first statement,

p = 7

q = 9

The difference between both of the numbers is 2.

So, if q = 21,

q - p = 2

21 - p = 2

21 - 2 = 19.

p = 19

I TRIED MY BEST, I WAS SO CONFUSED BY THIS PROBLEM, SORRY IF IT'S WRONG
