Answer: y=-4/3x-3

Explanation:

So we are going to put 4x+3y=15 into y=mx+b form because it makes things so much easier.

4x+3y=15

-4x -4x

3y=-4x+15

/3 /3 /3

y=-4/3x+5

A line parallel to this will have to have the same slope. We can plug in the x and y values of the coordinate points and the slope to find the y-intercept.

1=-4/3(-3)+b

1=4+b

-4 -4

-3 = b

3 is our y-intercept so we now have all the parts to our equation and we just have to put them all together. When we do that, we end up with y=-4/3x-3
