No, (x-2) is not a factor of the polynomial

Explanation:

If (x-2) is factor of f(x) then

f(2)=0. (remainder theorem)

BUT HERE f(2) IS

2³-2(2)²+2(2)+3=8-8+4+3=7

HENCE (x-2) IS NOT A FACTOR OF f(x)
