Answer:
Malcom X's speech "Don't beg for a job, create one" changed the way a lot of people view certain things. the whole purpose of the speech itself was to essentially call out the hypocrisy of both races involved in this struggle. He said the black men are not in a moral position to blame the white man when they have $20 billion in spending power. Because he was calling out both races, the intended audience was everybody.
In this speech, Malcom says that various courtroom decisions are designed to “change the white man’s mind,” and convince others to treat black people fairly. Malcom then flips the conversation over and effectively stating that it’s not a matter of getting someone else to change his mind or decide to give you the economic and social freedom that you deserve. Malcom speaks for the people in this speech and its very obvious that everyone is agreeing with his words.
Something that Malcom does very well is capturing his audience. He's not speaking for one race he's equally speaking for both in this speech. capturing the crowd when you're talking and telling people what they need to hear is a good way of public speaking. I feel as though Malcom did everything well and captured the eyes of his audience.
