In order to calculate the expected value of offices per flor we need to calculate the weighted average of offices per floor. This is done by using the expression below:

\begin{gathered} \text{ expected value = }(5\cdot4+19\cdot5+60\cdot4+66\cdot1+67\cdot4+74\cdot4+81\cdot3)/(4+5+4+1+4+4+3) \\ \text{expected value = }(20+95+240+66+268+296+243)/(25)=(1228)/(25)=49.12 \end{gathered}

The expected values of offices per floor is 49.12
