Answer:

1. Divide 136 by 100, in order to get 1.36

Then divide 27 by 10 to get 2.7

2. In order to get your answer, you move the decimal point to the left for how ever many times you move the decimal point to the right. For example in this case, since we move the decimal point to the right 3 times, now we are going to move the decimal point to the left 3 times to get 3.672
