We are given,

  • radius (r) = 3 inches
  • height (h) = 6 inches

Solution,

  • \sf \: Volume \: of \: cylinder = \pi {r}^(2) h

Put the values;

\sf \: Volume = (22)/(7) * 3 * 3 * 6

\sf \: Volume = (22)/(7) * 36

\sf \: Volume = (792)/(7) \approx113.14 \: {in}^(3)

We have,

  • Radius (r) = 3 inches
  • Height (h) = 6 inches
  • π = 22/7

Now,

\tt \: Volume \: of \: cylinder = \pi {r}^(2) h

\tt \: Volume= (22)/(7) * {3}^(2) * 6

\tt \: Volume= (22)/(7) * 9 * 6

\tt \: Volume= (22)/(7) * 54

\tt \: Volume = (1188)/(7) \approx \: 169.71 \: {in}^(3)
