A, Vegan would. Those consume no animal products at all. In contrast to the “lacto-ovo” vegetarian which eats animal by products, allowing some certainty of obtaining complete proteins. Where as vegan needs to take the most effort in consuming a variety of plant proteins, as one plant is unlikely to have all the essential amino acids. But, if eaten with a wide selection of plant protein, receiving all of the essential amino acids is easier.
