Using the graph, we can get the solution as (-1,2)

mathematically,

y= 2x + 4

y= -x + 1

substituting equation two into equation one we have,

-x + 1= 2x +4

-x = 2x+4-1

-x = 2x+3

-x-2x = 3

-3x = 3

x= –1

substituting x= –1 into eqn one we have,

y= 2( –1) + 4

y = –2 + 4

y = 2

therefore the solution is ( –1, 2)
