The answer is D
The water molecule is H2O
Water has two positive charge Hydrogen and one negative charge Oxygen. They attract to each other because they to go have their valence electron filled in order to be stable.
Oxygen has 6 valence electrons, it wants 8 in order to be stable. By bonding with two Hydrogen, it would fill the valence electron.
